Margaret Arego: Cultivating Impact from Desert Fields to Global Stages

Margaret Arego, a Kenyan national currently based in the United Arab Emirates, embodies the power of integration, where innovation, culture, and purpose intersect. Her journey spans from the lush landscapes of East Africa to high-performance agricultural systems in desert climates, and onto international stages that celebrate leadership and global representation.

Professionally, Margaret works at the crossroads of agri- tech, human resources, and farm operations management. Operating within climate-controlled desert environments, she contributes to sustainable agricultural systems where technology sustains life. This experience has shaped her strategic mindset, reinforcing discipline, adaptability, and systems thinking that serve both people and the planet. In environments where sustainability is essential, she has learned to build structures designed for long-term impact.

Beyond agriculture, Margaret has proudly represented Kenya on international platforms. Introduced as Kenya’s delegate for the 2024-25 season by the Miss Global Organization, she carried her heritage onto the world stage with dignity and poise. In the Philippines, she earned the title of 1st Runner-Up at Miss Charity International and later 1st Runner-Up at Miss Glamour Look International at the SkyDome, SM North EDSA in Quezon City. Supported by MJ Top Model and Jana Marvanova, she became the first woman to represent Kenya in both competitions.

Through her initiative, “Pamoja – Together for Change,” Margaret transforms visibility into tangible community impact. Her advocacy centers on education access, mentorship, digital literacy, economic empowerment, and emotional resilience for youth and marginalized communities.
Known online as Rendezvous Ricochet, Margaret Arego continues to build a life defined not by titles, but by purpose cultivating impact whether rooted in soil or standing beneath stage lights.
